Service area
Serving Edmond, North Oklahoma City, and nearby areas (generally within ~20 miles). If you’re not sure, ask — I’ll tell you straight.
Supplies
I bring professional supplies and equipment. If you have a product you prefer (or need fragrance‑free), let me know.
Pets
I’m pet‑friendly. For safety and efficiency, please secure pets that may run out the door, jump, or get stressed during cleaning.
Utilities
Home must have water and electricity available during service.
Access
We’ll coordinate entry ahead of time (you home, garage code, lockbox, etc.). Please provide any instructions for alarms, gates, or tricky locks.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so I can offer that time to another client.
Scope of work
Services are primarily residential. I accept a limited number of small commercial clients when it fits schedule and standards.
First‑time cleans
Most first‑time clients are best served by a Home Reset (Deep Clean) to establish a baseline. After that, Maintenance cleans are smoother and faster.
Respect for your home
I’m careful with belongings and always aim to leave things better than I found them. If there’s anything off‑limits, fragile, or special, tell me and I’ll work around it.
