What affects the final quote?
- Square footage + layout: more space and more rooms take more time.
- Condition: light upkeep vs. real buildup (especially kitchens and baths).
- Pets: hair, litter, and dander add time (and I’m not mad about it).
- Service type: Maintenance vs. Reset vs. Move‑In/Out.
- Add‑ons: inside appliances, windows, laundry, etc.
